Life is hard.

Parenting is hard.

You are not alone

Is parenting leaving you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and at a loss?

Do you feel anxious or overwhelmed by difficult emotions or relationship interactions?

Does your child have disruptive behaviors and emotional outbursts?

Is being Mom leaving you drained and depleted?

Maybe you are navigating your own emotional wounds and are seeking relief and healing?

Maybe you feel like something in your life is ‘off’ and you’re not quite sure what it is?

I am here to help

Welcome! My name is Rebekah Lunden, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have worked for nearly seven years, specializing in supporting children and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, behavior challenges, ADHD, Autism, and trauma.

I offer parent coaching and support along side therapy for children. I work individually with adults and children to learn practical and sustainable coping skills to navigate difficult emotions, reduce overwhelm, and increase resilience.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma informed and grounded in somatic awareness and mindfulness. I support clients in developing a deeper connection to internal experiences, helping them recognize how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations interact.

Areas of Focus

  • Child Therapy & Parent Coaching

I offer individual child therapy sessions, child and family therapy, and parent coaching.

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a scared space for you. Many of the clients I work with are seeking a deeper connection within themselves and are motivated by a desire for meaningful personal growth.

  • Relational Therapy

Relationships can be challenging. Whether your looking for support with a spouse, partner, friend, sibling, or family member, I am here to help.

  • Somatic EMDR

Somatic EMDR blends bilateral stimulation (tapping and/or eye movement) with body-based awareness to help you process and release stored trauma. By gently integrating physical movement while reprocessing distressing memories, it supports deeper healing, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of safety.

What we don’t need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human.
